Once upon a time, in the magical land of Equestria, the Princess of Friendship maintained Harmony across all the land.
However, the Princess understood that all good things will eventually come to an end, and the responsibility of all six Elements of Harmony would fall to her.
She has seen this once before, and knew that the Elements of Harmony, cannot and should not be the responsibility of any sole pony.
And so, she adopted a student of her own and encouraged her to make friends, so that when the Princess set her final sun…
she knew that Dawn would break again.
